Reseller Requirements

Brand Representation
- Accurately represent products and uphold Mower HQ’s brand image.
- Use of logos, images, and descriptions must follow Mower HQ guidelines.
- Edits to official content must remain accurate and non-misleading.
Sales Channels
- Own-site sales are encouraged; reputable marketplace sales are permitted.
- Retailers must comply with each channel’s terms and policies.
- No channel conflicts (e.g., misleading bundles or listings).
Prohibited Practices
- Purchasing for personal use under a wholesale account.
- Reselling to other wholesalers/distributors without authorization.
- Misrepresenting product condition, specifications, or warranty terms.

Account Approval & Order Acceptance
